This project consisted of two office units and one restaurant in a circa 1910 building which needed a proper facelift. We guided the building owner through the tenant improvement options and assisted in the successful remodel of all three units. New demising walls, flooring, bathroom configurations, and kitchen equipment were coordinated successfully between our team, engineers, architects, and building tenants.
